Since 1975 COMES staff has been specialised in designing and engineering tools for sheet metal cold forming. Our company philosophy bases itself on principles such as continuous bettering and technological innovation, which enable us to deliver high quality products.

Starting from our international customers’ requests, we develop and design by CAD and manufacture standard, progression and transfer tools together with special mechanical plants to achieve automotive

components and all sheet metal and stainless steel components for household and heating appliances, and building trade.

We are able to design by CAD (2D & 3D) according to our customers’ directions and technical specifications, working constantly directly with them as Communitary Engineering in order to reduce lead times and satisfy their production and applying needs. The realisation is guided by a CAD-CAM-CNCM intranet system.

All the tools are tested in our press room where some samples and pre-series are produce whenever the customer requires them.
We can assure a high quality target since the realisation is entrusted to skilled technicians and to a technologically advanced and flexible machinery fleet with the possibility of 3D machining up to 4000x2000x2000.
The systematic control of the parts thanks to a 3D automatic measuring and controlling machine (DEA 2500x1000) grants precision either during tool manufacture or during final test.
